| Connection detail | Connection / selection requirement |
|---|---|
| Connection options | Threaded / weld ends |
| Interface selection | Specify the end standard, nominal size, pipe dimensions and required mating interface. |
| Thread selection | Threaded alternatives are documented. Confirm thread form, nominal size and sealing method. |
| Weld selection | Welded alternatives are documented. Confirm end preparation and mating-pipe dimensions. |
The illustration shows one configuration. Published connection alternatives are options for enquiry; their availability depends on size, rating, material and design. Installation dimensions come from the drawing, not the illustration.
Materials
From body to seal.
| Component | Material / option |
|---|---|
| Body and bonnet | 316L stainless steel |
| Sealing material | VESPEL / MELDEN - selected grade to confirm |
| Spring | 316 stainless steel |
Published material alternatives are configuration-dependent. H.F. denotes hard facing; the exact grade and material certificates are confirmed with the offer.
Selection notes
Defined around your application.
- Dedicated liquid-hydrogen temperature range
- 316L body and bonnet
- Extended manual upper assembly
- Hydrogen and low-temperature helium inspection documentation specified with the order
| Engineering data | Configuration requirement |
|---|---|
| Liquid-hydrogen qualification | Confirm the selected materials, seal grade, cleanliness, leak-test method, acceptance limits and traceability. |
| Size and connections | Request the size-specific outline drawing and end-connection schedule before installation. |
The DN15-100 project range and illustrated manual arrangement require size-specific confirmation. These are not verified availability or approved operating limits for every configuration. Confirm the selected pressure-temperature rating and connection details.
The DN15-100 span describes manufactured globe-valve project references, not a complete availability matrix for the illustrated manual arrangement.
The nominal pressure is 4.0 MPa. A separately stated body-strength value is not an allowable service-pressure rating.
Published ratings do not establish suitability for every listed medium. Oxygen cleaning, material compatibility, trapped-liquid relief and project approvals are specified for the selected assembly. Liquid-hydrogen and helium service require a separate temperature and material review.
